The Twists and Turns of The Conspiracy Case Against Ezekiel Elliott, Jerry Jones and The Dallas Cowboys

Roger Goodell is a habitual line stepper; Jerry Jones is NOT fighting Goodell, Goodell is fighting Jerry Jones. Ladies and Gentlemen you are witnessing the end of the NFL.

While Ezekiel Elliott was daydreaming in high school about being a star running back, the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) was handing the keys to the kingdom to Roger Goodell. Goodell took the keys and ran with them. He became this most ruthless punishing machine without any regard for fairness. Due process? What’s that? All NFL players give up their rights to due process on any given Sunday in the NFL.

Elliott is no different, he probably signed a contract without knowing his rights were stripped from the very start. Excited about the journey he rolls and trusts everyone around him because let’s face it, he’s 20 years old at the time. He was drafted by the Cowboys fourth overall in the 2016 NFL Draft.  Elliott bought his parents Dawn and Stacey a new house after signing his rookie contracts.

Sep 6, 2016: This is where I start paying attention because like Zeke and the rest of you I was shocked.

Conflicting statements lead to Columbus Attorney's Office to NOT pursue criminal charges against Cowboys' RB Elliott. I tweeted the below on September 6, 2016 over a year ago...

Now, this is where it gets weird. On August 11, 2017, almost a year after Columbus drops the case due to lack of evidence the NFL after conducting a yearlong internal investigation suspends Elliott for the first six games of the 2017 season. They say he was violating the personal conduct policy. His suspension stemmed from accusations of domestic violence against his ex-girlfriend (Or girl he was having sex with) on five occasions in 2016. To this day the NFL has never set forth any other evidence other than the bogus claims from Zeke’s ex-sex partner. Keep in mind at the time he’s still grieving over the loss of his good friend Ohio State teammate killing himself.

Please understand I am not making light of domestic violence nor am I victim shaming to do that there would have had to actually be a charge of domestic violence and there would have to be a victim. In Elliot’s case, you have neither a charge nor a victim. Look, He was young and dumb like we all were at one time.

The punishment here should have been a lesson learned and not a six-game suspension. Zeke was probably just having fun while she was picking out his and her towels. We are talking about kids here not grown mature adults with years of life experience. We are also talking about one of the greatest future running backs of all time vs a pole dancer in Ohio.

I’ll wait here for the hate comments aimed at me. Okay? Done? Let’s keep moving…

Over the last few months, I have read, studied, cross-referenced, made calls, talked to lawyers, clerks, Federal Judge friend and even have a secret informant on the inside of it all. I have looked up backgrounds, case law, federal and state, tweeted, retweeted, Facebooked, YouTubed myself to the point of damn near insanity.

Why am I doing this you may ask? Well, this Zeke case hit home for me personally. Ten years ago I was in the same spot as Zeke the difference is I didn’t have a team of lawyers at my disposal. It was just me and my girlfriend fighting these monsters. Long story short I was finally exonerated of all charges after finding the right lawyer that took the case because she knew I was railroaded, she certainly didn’t do it for money because by the time we found her I was broke from it all.

I lost my business, some friends and a lot of sleep. Gained 50 lbs., was shut out from seeing my kids, diagnosed with high blood pressure it was a mess. So when I say I understand what Zeke is going through. I mean it I really understand. No amount of fame or fortune can ever equal to your legacy being smeared when you’re innocent.

Does it affect him, of course, it does. But it made me fight harder and harder to get to the truth. Same applies to Zeke. You find out who your friends are when you go through some bullshit like this, that’s for sure.
